weeBUILD was established when a pair of design entrepreneurs with background in architecture, Jonus Ademovic and Christos Athanasiou joined forces with Cathal Denning, their longtime construction partner to create a manufacturing hub for their prefab design brands.
weeBUILD founders have decades of combined collaborative experience in construction and design within New York City metro area, so it’s only natural that weeBUILD is a bottom-up enterprise, rather than standard top-down investment by entrepreneurs who have no clue about inner workings of construction industry.

In a sense weeBUILD was created out of neccessity, as what has started in 2020 as a prefab company offering “kit of parts” panelized products, could not realize its full market potential without offering the entire scope of construction and fabrication services.
It requires a leap of faith, and probably a certain dose of insanity to create prefab manufacturing facility in NYC Metro Area in 2025. But we’ve been here before, and if anyone, we are up for the challenge.
