What We Do
weeBUILD fabricates small-sized prefab products tailor made for hospitality and residential use.
weeBUILD is manufacturing hub established in 2024 by a group of prefab brands to initially serve as an exclusive fabricator of products for their client base, and gradually expand fabrication to serve outside brands and individual clients.
OUR PRODUCTS
weeBUILD fabricates cabins for multiple brands. The cabins can be predesigned or custom designed. They can also be fully prefabricated in the factory and dropped onsite, or assembled onsite, if they come as “kit of parts” or as modular prefabs.
weeBUILD offers turnkey solutions for PADU startup which sells ADUs through government programs and affordable housing initiatives in the States of New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut. ADUs can be delivered as fully prefabricated, or as “kit of parts”.

weeBUILD partnership brands offer comprehensive architecture and interior design services. Our role is to fully integrate those services within our manufacturing process and provide outstanding design-build products.

We work from the brand new, state-of-the-art, 20,000 sqft manufacturing facility located in New Windsor, Hudson Valley, NY.
Visitations to our factory and showroom are by appointment only.

The fully prefabricated units are build within our facility and include all exterior and interior finishes, as well as, appliances and fixtures.
Baseline price is $450 per/sf
Delivery timeline: 6-8 months from the order to onsite delivery and installation

Kit of Parts Panels.Onsite Assembly.
“Kit of Parts” panels include embedded windows and doors, as well as facades and flooring components for onsite installation.

Modules are build offsite within our facility with high degree of prefabrication and assembled onsite into full units.
